 Day 26: 2020-11-10 Your feedback

Surprisingly Adobe Lightroom was much easier than expected (and after watching only 1 tutorial) I have finished adobe Lightroom and the film is almost complete. My usb stick is full so everything is saved onto this computer and will be put on a bigger usb stick for the next class I will be here which is Friday (As I wont be in class Thursday)

One error after changing the lighting is this blog (originally the nightlight) is seen when the scene starts when originally it fades from black to the nightlight. To fix this problem I will be opening it in premiere cutting that scene and transform it into a fade opening.

I had to work around this problem in Lightroom as you are not able to edit videos on this program. What I did to get around this is to frame a scene from the film and edit the one frame and when I am done it will copy the color edits from that scene to all the scenes in the film.

Here is the scene after I edited it.

Here is the scene originally before editing.

Here is the original

Here is the first edit test, this was my first attempt but it made everything brighter so I had to remake that into the final one.

This was after editing

This is the original

Here I have watched them side by side to see the difference and it turned out good, right is after editing.

Here is another example where the right one is my first attempt and the left one is my final edit.

Here is all 3 together (left is final, middle was first attempt, right is original)

A error I have encountered is when this scene ends it fades dark red them pitch black when originally it should fade black. I will fix this by re editing it in premiere.

This was an error in the first attempt, I have made the contrast to dark so in a dark scene everything was pixelated and quickly changes pixels. I have fixed this by not adding so much contrast and balencing the contrast with the darkness

This was my view when working in Adobe Lightroom. The right side is all the options to change the colors. The bottom left is the selected picture I'm editing on (because I can only edit 1 frame), with the middle being the original film and the right being my first attempt.

This was the first attempt as you can see it is much brighter.

For next class I will be testing the sound to make sure its not to loud or to quiet (if it is then I will separately open the film in a new premiere and change the volume from there). When that's finished I will be in premiere making the opening title. And after that I will make small fixes to the scenes, then my film will be complete.

***I will not be in class Thursday (No school Wednesday) so the next time I will be here is Friday***
